There are many scientific studies about why athletic practices help the body. Skimming these articles won’t drive you to put down the paper and start. The rationale to exercise draws more from personal wishes. Why should you begin or continue participating in athletics? Your functional body should be strong physically and mentally.

Personal Journey

Physical strength is tiny in relation to the mind’s power. This phrase was forced on my mom and sister to accept as I lay in a coma. Weeks after I awakened, I learned about my brain injury. Recovery is an endless road where I affirmed my favorite athletic skills wouldn’t return.

Embrace your current health to move forward

I restarted movement. Apart from family principles, I implemented my gymnastic past to overcome difficulties. My desire to succeed extended past swallowing and walking again. Subconsciously I understood the body’s resilience.

The brain is the most unique organ we have

Therefore, mental and fitness participation became my concentration because both must be vigorous. Mentesoul.com wouldn’t exist if I doubted my mind’s power.

Appreciate the body
